About the Author

John Michael Snyder is Founder and Chairman of the international, interdenominational St. Gabriel Possenti Society, Inc.

He is both a former Jesuit seminarian and a former Associate Editor of The American Rifleman, an official monthly journal of the National Rifle Associaiton.

Born in Kingston, NY, he holds AB and MA degrees from Georgetown University.

He is Public Affairs Director of the Citizens Committee for the Right to Keep and Bear Arms, Vice President-Washington Liaison of the National Association of Chiefs of Police, Treasurer of the Second Amendment Foundation, National Vice President for Public Affairs of the American Federation of Police and Concerned Citizens, Treaurer of the Senior Power Campaign Committee, and a Director of Council for America.

He is listed in Marquis Who's Who in America and Marquis Who's Who in the World.
