My 10 month old loves to cuddle with his horse blanket when riding in the car. He especially enjoys sucking on and playing with the tags on it's mane. The two different textures are great for sensory learning. The top is soft fur and the underside is silky. I like cuddling it almost as much as he does. As for size it is somewhere between a stand stuffed animal and a baby blanket. Closer to the stuffed animal size I would say.

I am now getting one of these for my 4th child as his 3 sibling all love their "buddies". My oldest received hers 7 1/2 years ago as an infant and still sleeps with it. I have washed these many times and they held up well. These have definately been well loved pals for my children.

This item is SUPER soft and cuddly. We bought one for my daughter when she was a baby. She is 3 and she still sleeps with it. This one is for her baby brother.
Highly recommend it as a nice sized, soft, portable lovey for kids.

This item was very cute and soft. I bought it for a friend of mine in India and she said she loved it. The shipping was a little slower than the other items I had bought that day, but I wasn't in a time crunch.

My 10 month old has had this lovey since birth. It is incredibly soft and is a great size for wrapping your arms around for curling up to sleep. My first complaint is that it was initially very fuzzy... little pieces of fuzz-hairs would come off and get in his hands/mouth (after washing, too). Additionally, it is definitely not as high quality of a product as some of the other comfy cozies (we have the spunky blue dog and brown dog as well). The baby loves it, though. When it's bedtime, I put it on my shoulder, pick him up, and he snuggles his little face in it while I hold him. This makes a momma happy and that's just as important as making the baby happy :D

My son, now six, received a comfy cozy when he was an infant. He still has it and sometimes still sleeps with it. Today I ordered this one for his little sister since it is what he decided he wanted to give her for Christmas. He is so excited that she will now have one too and is so proud that he gets to give it to her! These are well made, machine washable, and so soft and snuggley! I would recommend for any young child... Well worth the money!

We purchased this blanket to have as a second one here at home. Our son recieved one just like it from is Nana when he was born and can't live without it! He sleeps with it, takes it everywhere, etc. So we purchased another one here on Amazon just in case we lost the first one and to have a second one to have around. BTW- Amazon always seems to have the cheapest prices when it comes to baby things). This blanket is made well, is washable, sooooo SOFT and cuddly. The bottom of the blanket is silky - a part my son just loves! All my nieces and nephews have blankets like this one - just different animals. So, if you're not a monkey person check out the other animals. They are worth purchasing. They last forever! My 8 year old niece still has her elephant one!

This review is for the lamb blanket. I see from the other reviews on here that the monkey may not hold up well. My almost 4-year-old son has had his lamb since he was a baby and loves it! The texture of the fur on top is so soft that he likes to make a 'lamby pillow' at night by spreading the blanket on top of his pillow. The lamby is a nice cross between a stuffed animal and a blanket (though is a little too small to use as an actual blanket). It's a bit big to take places, but is a wonderful bed companion. I've put ours through the washing and drying machines multiple times without issue. Great gift to give or receive!

it's a very soft blanket. it has silk on the bottom, which i don't really like because it slides around and doesn't stay where you put it. it's a good size for my baby and good for him to cuddle with when he gets older. overall i like it, it gets used everyday. glad it's washable. i've washed it and it came out like new. will be using this comfycozy blanket for a long time.

I had purchased previous versions of the Gund blankets - a lamb for my 8year old and a dog for my 3year old - when my girls were first born. This is a gift for my brother's first child due this summer and I've not doubt they'll love it! The package came quickly and it's exactly as expected. Thanks!
