Guns And The Girl Next Door by HelenKay Dimon is fast paced story that will keep you on edge.

Agent Holden Price is not good at taking it easy. When his agency the Recovery Project is temporarily suspended he tries to relax at his cabin. But his peace and quiet is disturbed by an out of control car right into his living room. He isn't sure he can believe the wild tale the beautiful Mia Landers is telling him.

Mia Landers enjoyed her job working for a high level congressman. But when her boss tries to kill her she flees straight into the home of a strong and able agent. Mia has to put her trust in Holden if she wants to get out of this alive.

Holden engages his fellow agents to help keep Mia alive. But he realizes that they both have a common enemy and an explosive attraction. They must depend on each other in order to survive before they can enjoy their new found love.

Guns And The Girl Next Door will keep you enthralled from page one. Holden and Mia both are strong willed but willing to look deeper beyond their surface attraction. Looking forward to the next agent's story in Gunning For Trouble.

I didn't finish this book. I only read 22% of it. The very beginning really caught my attention. Soon after that it was down hill. I got bored real fast. The asinine banter between hero and heroine got on my nerves. Maybe the book got better, but I wasn't willing to waste my time finding out. I give the book a 1-star rating. Since I didn't read much of it, I give neither a thumbs-up nor a thumbs-down on the recommendation.

Agent Holden Price doesn't trust anyone. He has plans, and backup plans for every situation. During the Corse of this high pass action book, He learns he can trust Mia. Sometimes there's just not enough back up planes, and you have to trust your team, and the girl he swore to protect. They have to trust, and help each other along the way to find the common enemy that is trying to take them both down. If you like action books, with romance I'm sure you will like this one. I read this book awhile back. It's a hard to give a review on a book I read many months ago. I hope this review helped you. I will tell you, I read a lot of books, and I can still remember the details, and action of this book. It stands out from most of the books I have read.
