Bonneville has been around and is indeed a treasure from the Montreal Blues scene. Like all of his previous albums, Bonneville delivers excellent blues. His first album On the Main was almost discontinued at one time but the man has got drive and love for his music and the CD was re-released fortunatly. Bonneville will amaze any fan of this genre. Don't confuse his country material blended with bluesy influences. It's never sappy. His guitar talents and voice have this earthy feeling plus his band sounds straight out of the garage. The end result is solid unpretentious blues. Catch him if you can when in Montreal. Most of his solo gigs are a true down-to-earth experience.

As I write this note I am still waiting for the CD. The 3rd party seller - MovieMars - has failed to deliver the product. Well over a month has elapsed, and I have written half a dozen notes asking for their help. As of now, I'm out the money and the product, and I'm angry about it.

A mix of cool folk, country, blues. Tasteful musicians. Ranging from upbeat tempos and lyrics to simple but extremely poignant ballads. I can play this one 10 times in a row and want to hear it again right away.

ok...how many times do you buy a cd and you like one maybe two songs and thats it... Not this cd... is's full of great songs,and vocal performances......a treat....
