I had developed pretty severe digestive issues. This book was a great education on diet and digestive health. I did the 3 week diet plan and it significantly aided my recovery. Highly recommend especially if you suffer digestive issues.

I saw this book at my local health food store... so I went home and bought it on Amazon!
The 3 weeks of menus at the back of the book are put together in a way that I was able to make some slight modifications (don't want sardines) and we ate 3 weeks of diet that was good for the gut! I felt great!
My teenagers actually age baked yams with cinnimon sprinkled on top. My daughter ate asperagus spears like they were french fries.
Both my kids thought the quinoa looked like and had the texture of fish eggs and made me swear to never bring it in the house again!
But overall if I could only purchase their list of foods that are good for the gut, my gut would be a lot happier!
