For years, weight control programs in Western countries have been aimed at women, yet there are now many more overweight and obese men than women in these countries. To make things worse, men generally store their extra weight around the stomach - and that 'beer gut' or 'pot-belly' can cause problems ranging from heart diseasse, diabetes, arthritis and cancer, to back pain, snoring, sore knees, sexual problems...This book explodes some of the myths about weight control in men. It shows you why you should be concerned about your paunch and it shows you an easy way to get rid of it. The GutBuster Waist Loss Guide has a simple 4-step approach to waist loss which includes eating differently and moving more, but also recognises that you like a beer after work. It's a simple, scientific but effective program - especially for men. If you're a man with the gut to give it a go, it could mean a fitter, healthier life for you too!
