The GUYVER OUT OF CONTROL is one out of control movie. The definitly went out of their way to create this beat'm up, slash'm up video. Unlike other that watch movies I refuse to give anything out about this video. As always the GUYVER is the main DARK HERO... A must see for the Sci-Fi and anime fan. Trust me, as always the GUYVER RULES!

I loved this film, worth seeing again and again. For those who have been watching DBZ and think that's the standard in anime, pick up your toys and go home! This is BLOOD, for those who have seen the original anime series, get ready to step out of the box. One thing you have to keem in mind about watching this movie it the fact that humans always think 'what if' what if i did this instead ect, whell the Japanese tend to use these Ideas to furthur the series. Such is the case in this movie, if you are careful to notice, many old zoanoids are present in the film, but with new looks, most natably as such is Malmot, but Gregole, Vamore, and even Ramothith have been cosmeticaly altered. The female guyver 2 was a testament to womans rights, even though she had a few too many nude scenes for my liking. Many details of the plot are changed slightly, I wont give anything away. But why did they put Guyver 3 in it? He barely had any lines, what's worse, while he and Guyver 1 were talking, it was playing some VERY romantic music... *shudder* that withstading, and the fact that my dad thought I was watching 'sailor moon' I still find this to be the best animated movie I have ever seen, a must get!

Ok, one thing I like to point out, who cares about the subtitles. If you got the VHS and thought it was dubed read it. Anyways, I have been a big fan of the Guyver since I was in like 5th grade. But I am sure no one wants to here my story about that so moving on.

Guyver: Out of Control is an ok movie. I gave it three stars because I have seen the manga 12 episode and also the new 2005 Guyver (which is AMAZING!) but this movie for 55min everything is being rushed! You get from Sho finding the Guyver unit, turning into the guyver, having that girl finding the 2nd unit being guyver II Show and Guyver II righting, destroying Cronos and seeing Guyver III at the end givin Sho his girl back.

I am sorry but all that in 55 min. It was rushed I prob would have been a little more happy with it if it was a bit longer liek atlest hr 1/2-2 hrs. I just felt everything was rushed. Don't get me wrong I AM NOT dissing the Guyver at all. I own all the manga episodes and the new 2005 episodes. But from seeing Guyver: Out of Control (which I bought for my Guyver collection) And seeing the 12 manga episodes they get better and better and more detailed.

If you are a big fan of the Guyver then it's worth to having for your collection and just to watch. Though I must say I prob will not watch it again, I just get to nervous since it's a VHS and the Tape players can always ruin a VHS at any moment. Though Guyver II had quite a few nude scenes. And I must say were very sexual. As some of you may noticed when you see her activate the Guyver Unit.

All in all it has no rating it is for mature. One thing I had a prob with is that Sho and everyone else didn't look like they were in high school, shoe looked like he was like 10. + for how old it is compared to now a days 2005 guyver the animation isn't that good but you gotta tihnk when it came out. 1987 if I remeber right. That's what I saw on the back.

So again if you are a huge Guyver fan then get this for your collection, it IS a VERY RARE item. Becareful of fake ones, wish it came out on DVD but hey, hopefully in the next year or two the new 2005 Guyver will be released and dubed in the US.

There isn't much more you could say about this movie other than it's absolutely amazing... for the true guyver fan. If your a stuck up american who wants to watch something in english look away, but if you simply must have one of the greatest anime around check it out. Although the storyline differs occasionally from the series, the core story is there, and the character designs and fight sequences are ten fold better. Too bad this movie is now so difficult to get.. it's a real classic

This was the first anime movie I ever watched, and I was hooked. it has everything a teenage boy could ever want, blood, tentacles, and action. The only problem is that it has never been released on DVD. But other then that, if you want a good, solid anime to watch, this is it. Much better then the regular guyver series they put out after it.

This guyver movie have lots of action and great fighting scenes but it's not what you would expect this guyver movies is not dubbed in English. I wish it could be in English. It's annoying to me because I don't understand what they are saying and usually I spent my time reading the english sub - titled then looking at the picture. So if you hate English sub-- titles don't by this movie.
