The main reason I gave such low rating for the doll was because of the hair.,

Since I had to have the whole set of four dolls, I ordered Baby also. I must say I hate her hair. I tried to fix it, but I couldn't straighten the curly mess. At least it looked better down than the side afro. I was hoping to straighten the right side and have it be the same length as the long left side, but no luck.

Packaging,

Several items were shipped in a box with no restraining packaging material inside the box. The items were not damaged but the display boxes for each item were severely damaged due to continual impacting against each other during shipment. A damaged display box will affect the assumed "newness" and possible resale of an item.
