My mom picked this book up in hardback at a library book sale. It was one of the first romance books I ever read and few have transported me to another time and place as well as this one did. I can still pick up the book, read a page and slip away from my reality all these years later. I don't know what happened to Mom's hardback copy, but I'm sure glad to have this one.

It's a quirky old book I saw in the high school library fourty five years ago but never read. Seems fairly riskay for its time. It has a fairly unique story line, hard to pigeon hole this one.In one part it seems to pander to the pedafile
