In his biography, Billy Graham said that H.A. Ironside "knew the Bible better than anybody I think I ever met". In the postmodern church we seem to be getting lost in our deep teaching of greek words and revisionism of theological concepts. Ironside made the deep things of God understandable to all. Education and "rightly dividing the word of truth" were very important to the man called "the archbishop of fundamentalism" and even though he recieved two honorary degress (Bob Jones University and Wheaton College), Ironside was never ordained- except by the Lord. Read this biography of one the world's most reknown Bible teachers and recommit yourself to the Bible's simple and timeless truths.
