Tightest size 11 I've ever bought. Maybe they'll stretch in time. Meanwhile I replaced the insole with a thinner leftover I had lying around.

Good fit, soft, and comfortable. The only drawback is that the sole is very hard (not soft like a typical boat shoe) and takes some getting used to.
