I have had the Thane H20 Mop Ultra for several months and have used it at least once a week, sometimes more, since we purchased it. I have not had the problems that some of the other reviewers have had. It did puddle a little the first time I used it, but the instructions say to expect that. It has not done that again. It cleans the floor very well and if there is something really stuck on, I go over it a few times and it comes up. Here are the pros, cons, and suggestions for use:

Pros:
No chemicals
With comfort taken into consideration, better than hands and knees cleaning (which was previously my preferred method because it cleans better than any mop)
Doesn't take very long to clean my kitchen floor

Cons:
The microfiber cloths come off if they get too wet
You have to move rather quickly to prevent the heads from getting too wet
You have to have the mop head at an angle or else it comes off the floor when you're pulling it back toward yourself

Suggestions to make it work well:
Wash your mop heads in free and clear detergent (no color, perfume, etc.), no fabric softener, and line dry.
DON'T ADD ANYTHING TO THE WATER TANK BUT WATER (like the instructions say!).
If possible, wash the heads in a hot wash as soon as you're done so the dirt doesn't dry on there.
Wash your floors rather frequently--if the floors get really dirty, it's harder on the mop (though it will still do a great job, in my opinion).

If you treat your mop well and follow the directions, it should work fine. It's not fair to treat it however you want and then write a bad review when it doesn't perform perfectly! :)

The H20 Mop is quite simply a sham. I have had the mop since October 2009. I've used it only a few times as I was in the third trimester of pregnancy at the time. This month I decided to use it again and OH WELL it doesn't want to work. Not a bit of steam. Customer Service is extremely rude and dishonest I even had the pleasure of being talked down to by one of their supervisors. They actually propose you take the entire thing apart. Like who has time for that. They send parts at a time to fix the junk they sold in the first place. What a mess. Save your money folks. I would honestly never buy another "item" from this sham of a company again.

I have never written a review before, but I felt I had to with this one! I bought this mop 2 years ago and have only used it a few times because every time I try it I get frusterated all over again. I have been on the search for the best mop out there and this seemed to be the answer - WRONG!! The pad doesn't stay on the machine, it slides right off each time I use it. My husband has tried tightening it several different ways, but each time after a few minutes it slides off again. Plus when you go to put it back on it's HOT because of the steam. It takes SO much longer to mop my floor with this mop. Now when it works, it does a pretty good job, but you have to hold it in place for at least 15 seconds on hard spots to get them clean. The cord is constantly getting in the way as well. I do like the hand held steamer to clean other things, so that is why I kept it, but now after having it 2 years and only using it a handful of times, the steam stopped working!! SERIOUSLY!!! I am SO disappointed in this product. What a waste of money. I would NOT recommend this mop to anyone or buy it ever again!! Try the good old Liberman Wonder Mop from walmart, you can wash the head of the mop so it stays clean between uses. It's so much better than this one! DO NOT BUY the H2o ultra!! I wish I had found the negative reviews before I wasted my money!
