Does what it says with only minor negatives,

The most important thing is that it works. You can listen to and use your iPod underwater without worrying. I've been using it for about 4 months swimming laps for up to 90 minutes at a time and haven't had a problem with water/moisture getting inside. It took a few laps to get used to having it on my arm but now I hardly notice it's there.
After a while, the headphones irritate my ear and don't completely keep water out (of your ears-which causes the volume to change as you go in and out of the water. I know it's simple science but it's noticable and a minor irritation) The scroll wheel doesnt work perfectly, you have to spin the wheel more than with the iPod itself but again, it's not a big deal. Overall, I love it. I can listen to music underwater and that great positive far outweighs the small inconveniences. I also highly recommend buying either the armband or belt to hold it. I tried it without and then purchased one right away.

After searching for a product to aid in my swimming workouts, was very disappointed in the H20 audio sv-mini. While the unit did keep its word in keeping my ipod mini dry, the sound quality was horrible and the volume barely detectable. Don't bother.

I absolutely love the waterproof housing. It is great for power walking and jogging in the pool at the health club. Really makes the time fly!! No more watching the clock. Easy to use with no leakage. Headphones are a little uncomfortable but this is slight when you think of the advantages of having music while you work-out in the water. Definately reccomend to any water enthusiast.

couldnt write my follow-up in the iriver review section as the amazon system dosnt allow it so am posting it here as I cant be arsed to register as a new user just to get it up:
Since contacting H2Oaudio again they sent me another headset but more importantly they recommended these: http://www.slicsound.com/ss001.asp and these have made all the difference. The headset is still far from perfect and what would be ideal if they made a pair that clamp the buds tightly into your ear but with the slicsound plugs on your earbuds you dont have the problems with the H2O plugs which are rubbish. The back part of the headset that holds it all together just dosnt quite hold the earbuds evenly into both my ears (perhaps I need a different sized head)so one side dosnt sit quite as straight as the other so water will eventually start to block that ear but usually only after about 500m. The slicsound plugs arent designed for the H2O headset so are a bit small but you just need to stretch them for a bit round your H2O buds and then they work great and wont come off so if anyone has already brought this system and is unsatisfied with it as I was go and get yourself some of these plugs before you throw it out. Now I just hope my headset dosnt break as I'm now using this thing alot!

H2O Audio equipment,

My husband absolutely loves his new waterproof housing for his I-pod mini. He swims several times a week and this makes the time fly by. The sound isn't as good as with the regular ear phones but still well worth it.

Ruined my iPod,

I used this product 4 times in the pool to manufacturers instructions and it started leaking. This ruined my iPod, and they will not replace it. They will replace the arm band, but that doesn't do me much good without an iPod. I regret ever buying the product and I urge not to trust expensive electronics with them. I don't think they can be trusted.
