I've been with H2O wirless for about a year now and last month they cut my phone off 10 days early of course on a holiday weekend. So We thought it was an oversight so I just paid the phone the next day and would deal with it when they opened again on Monday. They said it was cut off for excessive use. Really where is that in the contract? what is the cut off for unlimited minutes? No answer other than read the contract. Spent 2 days calling being lied to, hung up on, being told to call back & talk to the Billing Dept. Okay fine after another hour wait on the phone....there is no Billing Dept. Customer Service is billing. There is nothing they can do. Read the contract. I have it right here in front of me which paragraph as I don't see it. They didn't have time to discuss it. Really???????? finally got a supervisor after putting in a trouble ticket. they agreed to give me an extension of 6 days not the 10 they shorted me. paid my bill... My phone was to stay on till the 30th of Dec. On Dec. 24th off goes the phone no calls in or out only text is still on. Holiday weekend again....Office closed on Monday for the holiday...Tues submit trouble ticket they never called they resolved it & closed it without talking to anyone. So today Wed the 28th we speak to a supervisor and it was shut off for excessive use again of unlimited talk. We have our minutes used lets see how they compare no that is a privacy issue. It's my minutes!!!!! Told read the contract. what??? how about you read that part to me & show me where it says that. What does Unlimited Talk and Text mean to You??? Did I miss something! Has anyone else had this problem? Now I need to switch to another service who can you trust today. They said if I pay the bill they will give me a courtesy extensioere we are again Holiday weekend needing different phone for different service & I have 3 days after Dec 30th to save my phone number. Thank You H@o Wireless. My recommendation...Go elsewhere

stick with at&t gophone they canceled my texting plan the terms of service is all lies international sms is forbidden costumer service doesn't take time to explain they disconnect the call after telling you short simple answers take 30 minutes to get one on the line, I did not hesitate to go back to at&t right away

Works well if you live near a tower. It can get kinda sketchy if you live in the country. It still works tho. Perfect fofor people that are over paying for service and best of all no tax or hidden fees.

I was wondering why international text messages was not working any more. Tried a different phone, still no luck. Called h2o's hotline and they told me that they disabled this feature in December 2011. Withouth notifying me in advance!? When asked "why" they did it, they told me that they're allowed to do this, as per their TOS. Wow. I'm speechless, really.

I have been using H2O Wireless prepaid card to communicate with my daughter in Hong Kong. I live in Florida and had a spare BB. I would buy the 20 rechargeable card about every 2 months. TODAY, 2 NOVEMBER 2011, H2O WIRELESS UNILATERALLY CANCELLED THE INTERNATIONAL TEXTING ON THESE CARDS WITH NO NOTIFICATION. SO I HAVE WASTED 46 DOLLARS. IF YOU USE THESE CARDS AS I DO GO ELSEWHERE.

I am not that much satisfied because one of my friend use H2O service so I took his phone and used it for one day but to tell the truth it didn't work properly so I didn't activate mine.

This company is just dishonest IMHO. Claiming to be "unthrottled" and "unlimited" on their $60 a month plan, I took the bait and signed up. Thankfully I didn't port my main cell number as this was only to be a test. After activating my phone things looked pretty good until I went to download something small from the Android Market. Things came to almost a screeching halt. The first 30 seconds of the download went fairly quickly, then just stopped for about two minutes, started back up for a short time, stopped again for two minutes, and after about 10 minutes the download finished. The same download on my other phone took less than a minute. Thinking this might be a fluke I factory reset my phone and tried again. Same results. Surfing was working good though.

Then I went to a Youtube link. Again the same symptoms. A quick short 30 seconds of loading then nothing. What is interesting is that streaming audio works great. Surfing works good. But the second you attempt to download anything it stops.

That is BS and dishonest. H2O is throttling and blocking certain sites with claims of doing otherwise.

What a waste of money for the price of the SIM and the first month at $60.

1ST ITS VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

2ND IT TAKE YOU MORE THEN 35 MINUTS TO GET HOLD OF SOMEONE

3RD IF YOU GET HOLD OF SOMEONE YOUR LUCK IF THEY SPEACK ENGLESH

4TH TO PORT NUMBER IS A BIG DEAL

5TH IF YOU MAD CUZ YOUR SERVICE DIDNT WORK GOOD YOU CANT TALK TO SUPERVISER

AND THEY WILL HUNG UP ON YOU.

I HAVE CELLULAR STORE I USE TO SELL THIS CARRIER.
