I really enjoyed this CD. I bought it because I thought it would help me relax whenever I was tense, which is too often. The CD met my expectations as I thoroughly enjoyed it and most importantly the music helped relax me. The sound of the water is the defining sound in each track with a variety of different types, but unlike many other CDs that work with water sounds, this CD has the additional benefit of soothing background music that compliments the overall experience nicely. There are no-vocals in the music, which is ideal because I think vocals would have disrupted the relaxing effect that I was seeking. For what it is worth, I would recommend this CD to anyone looking for something to set a nice ambiance that will likely improve your mood.

I think H20 is among the best of the releases they have put out, and I LOVE so many of their albums. H20 is extremely peaceful--it immediately puts me into a meditative state. My 9 year old daughter mentioned it the first time I played it for her without me prompting her in any way, and then she has asked several times over the last week if I could put on "that really peaceful CD again!" I am a hypnotherapist and I use Solitudes' Natural Sleep Inducement with my clients, which they love, but I am considering adding H20 into my repertoire of CDs to use with clients because of its unique abilities to calm and soothe. Thanks Solitudes, for another wonderful album!

If relaxation to new age melodies is what you are looking for, this is a CD for you. Dan Gibson's work is presented in a compilation of flowing melodies that drift you away into a warm and happy place. "Nature sounds" are not the focus of this particular collection. No single track is memorable, but all blend together for a pleasant trip. Helps you get ready for a good night's sleep.

This Cd is one of the best relaxation CD's out there. I listen to it day and night. I work nights as a RN. Sometimes its hard for me to sleep during the day, with daytime noises and barking dogs ect. This CD really has helped me relax so I can fall asleep and stay asleep. All tracks are wonderful. Its also good to listen too if your just unwinding, meditating or reading. Id give it ten stars if I could!

I am a big fan of Solitudes music and this is my absolute favorite album. This music helped me stay calm and relaxed while preparing for (and completing) natural, drug free, childbirth. There is just something incredibly soothing about the melodies designed to complement water sounds. I want to give this album to every mother I know. It is amazing!

Just relaxing beyond words. The first time I heard it was when my massage therapist played it during a session. Normally, I'm very relaxed but alert; however, I actually fell asleep, and do so *every* time she uses it. It's also a great accompaniment to meditation.

This is by far one of my favorite relaxation CDs. I use almost nightly! LOVE IT!
