I can testify that one minute of cranking gives you more than twenty minutes of LED light and 5 minutes of cranking gives you twenty minutes of radio. It has no AM and cell charger as advertised here. But overall it is a handy gadget to be around for emergency. It is relatively small to carry.

I bought 5 of these for Christmas gifts for family members, after reading the description [...] that said the device functions as a flashlight, radio and cell phone charger. As they were being opened, I told everyone that the flashlights could also charge cell phones. Much to my embarrassment and disappointment, I found out this was not true. The only input/output access on this device is an input jack for the ear bud headphones. There is nothing on the box or in the packaging materials about charging cell phones or about any available accessory that can be purchased to charge cell phones. This is misleading and very disappointing!! The flashlight and radio seem to work fine, but I would have been much less likely to purchase these flashlights at this price had I known they did not charge cell phones.

I'm glad some people were able to get some battery time out of this unit. No matter how long I wind this to charge up the battery, it will only keep the radio going for about 30 seconds. In order to keep the radio going, I have to crank the charger continuously. As soon as I stop cranking, the radio goes off within about 30 seconds.
