great makes my work easier
Simce I have 2 pets and grandchildren, this product has been a God sent. Easy to use and store. Pad wases easy and dry quickly. I am happy my friend recommended this CLEANER,Haan Steamer has made this old lady's life easier.

piece of crap
just like everything else made today a piece of crap no parts available and dead just under 2 years no body makes anything to last anymore they charge a hundred dollars for something that will break within 2 years get a 5 year warranty with it if you can to protect yourself you will have gone through 2 by then

I was pleased the unit works great. I keep my home pretty clean so will probably use it only every few months. Tried it on hardwood, vinyl and tile: Kitchen and bathrooms. I also used an old towel to dry any wet spots shortly after steaming. I felt like the floors were shiny and CLEAN after using, versus just shiny.
