Fabulous deal! June 7, 2002
By A Customer
Format:Paperback
I absolutely loved this book because it came with the cutest pair of socks that showed me where to press for different things. I could look up my problems (headaches and PMS) and the book gave me the exact places where I should press. It even worked! The socks also were stretchy enough to fit my husband. I recommend this book to anyone who wants to learn reflexology.

This book is good if you a looking for general explanation of the history of reflexology and the ways it can help to improve and maintain your health. However, there is appoloing lack of visual presentations to help you actually do it. I was very disappointing because I ordered this book as the first page seemed to promise exactly that - the book with lots of visuals aids. If you are like me and would like something very practical and visual do not waste your money. Except if you would like to receive free reflexology socks, which are excellent idea.

Great Book! April 19, 2004
Format:Paperback
I love the Reflexology Sox that come with this book. They show exactly where to press and they make giving a foot massage really easy. The book gives more details that helped me releive my husband's aching bach and my migraines. I bought the book for many friends and now we give each other foot massages!

Too Hippie New Age for Me
I beleive that reflexology works, but this book is a little too far out there. Heavily focused on "balancing" and "focusing" and eastern practices. Read more

Average infomation content. Excellent Visual Aids
This book was average on the subject matter. The pair of socks that had a diagnostic map located on the bottom of the feet was what attracted me to the book. Read more
