incorrect models listed for the produce,

This hands-free modular headset for cellular phones lists the models it is compatible with. It includes my phone model. While the picture clearly shows a "round" connector, my phone requires two "square" connectors. In the photo it states "models vary by manufacturer". I took this to mean that the headset would vary depending on the model of my phone - that this photo was representative of a hands-free devise, not the actual product that fit my model. I received the exact model shown in the photo - and it oblivously did NOT fit my phone, even though it was listed as a compatible model. After the rude and defensive attitude of the vendor during a phone call, I threw it away. I would have to pay to ship it back, they would not refund my original shipping and handling costs, and I doubted I would ever see a refund of the products cost. I will never order electronics through Amazon again.
