About the Author

Casper Bogart loves writing stories.

Mystery, thrillers and horror; the kind of stories that get under your skin, creep you out, keep you guessing and wanting more--these are the stories that Mr. Bogart specializes in.

One reviewer called his work "twisty tales with a juicy kick." Another was "impressed with how much character development the author packed into such few words."
In a previous life, Casper Bogart wrote for some of the leading network television shows--under another name. He'd tell you that name, but... where's the mystery in that?

Casper Bogart: short, page turning thrills!

Of course, the cliche is "short and sweet", but in this case of these two stories, I'll change that to "short and sharp" (read: tangy, brisk, pointed), particularly since the bonus story features lemonade.

These are a great length for coffee break reading, but will have you grinning to yourself for the rest of the day -- I look forward to more stories from Casper Bogart!

These were two very enjoyable short stories. I'm impressed with how much character development the author packed into such few words. I loved how he made me want to root for Red no matter how the plumber decided to handle his problems, and I could feel every emotion right along with him. Lemonade Stand gave me that 'aha' moment I love, with the innocence of a child leading the way.

I'll be reading more by Casper Bogart for sure!

What evil lurks in the heart of Joe The Plumber? Why should you reconsider purchasing a cup of lemonade from little Timmy down the street? These and other dark questions are answered by Caspar Bogart in these amusing, twisty (and twisted) little tales. The author has a real talent for setting up characters and situations in terse, punchy prose, and then delivering a finale that truly jolts. Can't wait to read more from this entertaining writer.
