The Italian horror film HATE 2 O directed by Alex Infascelli (ALMOST BLUE) takes place in a secluded cottage by a polluted lake where Olivia (Chiara Conti) and her four friends have organized a cleansing water diet and retreat. When Olivia's friends make fun of her mother who was killed giving birth to her she removes a fang belonging to her unborn twin which is lodged underneath her shoulder.
