While on the HCG Diet you aren't allowed any oils on your skin. This was really hard for me since I have eczema.

This hygiene kit was perfect. The shampoo/conditioner/body wash were the perfect size for my 43 days on the diet. The crystal deodorant stick could last another 10 times on the diet.

The product I was most impressed with was the Skin Care by SilverSoft. It took the dry skin right away and there's no oils or harmful chemicals like alcohol or chlorine.

Overall, I enjoyed my experience on the HCG Diet and was able to lose 46 lbs in 4 1/2 weeks. If anyone is looking for free info. [...]

not impressed with this product. it should be CLARIFIED that this a travel size product. and some of the items DO CONTAIN oil. Listing is misleading

The bottles are very little and not lasting when hair reaches shoulder length. I really like the toothpaste, not much for the hair conditioner, body soap was good and deodorant (I do not know what to think about it). The service was great and recieved the product quickly.

All of these products were travel size. Toothpaste is good, body wash DOES contain OIL, Shampoo and Conditioner are ok although the Shampoo does not lather, which is good if you have dry hair. BUT the deodorant is AWFUL! I have never had a problem using any deodorant, but using this crystal stone (and yes I read the directions) was like not using anything at all! JUST HORRIBLE. The Skin Care doesn't really foam at all and it's like throwing water on your face. Needless to say I was not satisfied with these products or the price for their size!

Never received this product. The seller claims I did and it took a claim through Amazon.com to get a refund.
