Not what you see in the picture,

This item is sold by a reseller and not Amazon directly.
The re-seller that I bought this from on Amazon did not have the individual saline dosages joined together like in the photo. I've bought them that way from a pharmacy like that before. Instead, the dosages are separated from each other. What's the big deal? The only reason why these would be separated would be the reseller buying them in bulk and then manually counting off 100 to place in a box. If that's the case, how clean is the reseller? After all, there was additional handling of a product whose contents need to be sterile.
