Product Description

This keypad is much easier to use than the row of numbers above your notebook's keyboard, and the nifty "one-piece" silicone design is dustproof and can be wiped down with sanitizer wipes. What's more, the USB cable is retractable, to keep it out the way when you're not using it.

'Under four dollars! What a steal!' I thought to myself when my brother showed me this.

Well. I found out why that is. The thing is worthless. One of the keys on it works. ONE. That would be the / key. I even just typed that slash mark in with it. The rest are of no use whatsoever, unless you count the NumLock key turning on a tiny red light on the top.

But it's not even worth the trouble of returning it, as S&H costs are my burden, and shipping this thing out cost a full dollar more than the item itself did.

Buyer Beware. If the price is too low, there may be a reason.

I use a laptop at work and I am constantly entering numbers. I wanted something inexpensive but works. I do not need to achieve accuracy with my number entry. If you need accuracy, don't get this as sometimes you can push a number and it won't come up. It has a rubber top and you have to press the keys in a certain angle to get them to come up. You get what you pay for.

This product and my laptop don't seem to get along. It works less than half the time. Not sure if it's my laptop or the product. But, my laptop doesnt have a problem recognizing my usb insert for my wireless mouse. Nor does it have a problem always recognizing my external hard drive. So, it may be the product.

I bought this 10-key about a week ago. I have been using it and I do not have any complains. It definitely looks cheap and I will only recommend it for low keying jobs. Good Price for what you get.

first off, the product i received was not the same as the one depicted. but that's not even the issue. the thing just stinks. the repeat rate for the buttons is terrible; you cannot press consecutive buttons without pausing. after pressing a number you honestly have to wait at least one second before pressing another one if you want the computer to register what you typed. it may be cheap, but there's a reason for that. don't purchase.

I got this to help with tax preparation work. It sets up fine, works well, and breaks rapidly. I used it 1 day a week for about 6 weeks and the the cable extension broke and the pad was useless. Another example of "you get what you pay for"

It works well for it's purpose, very responsive keys. However the cord is very weak, and also short, good buy for the price.

I purchased this item to use with my work laptop. I am a teacher, thus; I am required to enter several grades per week for over 150 students. My laptop does not have the number pad built in the key board. It is time consuming entering grades with my laptop. When I received my item, I was excited. I was hoping it would speed up the time it took to enter grades. My laptop uses Windows 7. I tried connecting it like the direction stated. It would not connect to the laptop so that windows would recognize it. I even searched the internet for a solution or driver that I could install to use the keyboard. I had no such luck. I was courious to see if worked with my personal desktop at home which operates with Vista. I had the same problem. The driver couldn't be found when I connected it to the USB port. I ended up purchasing another number key pad (Tangus) from Office Max that does the job.
