The HDMI cables fit perfectly in the end exiting the wall plate face, but for some odd reason only go in about 1/4 of an inch on the 90 degree elbow end. "Forcing" them in only damages the HDMI cable pins.Not what I expected for the price. Emailed customer service, and they stood by their product. Shipping me a replacement... hopefully the replacement works. |
