The product arrived quickly.
It works well.
Unfortunately, it must be boiled before re-use. This is a bit time- consuming.

The Heat Wave neck wrap does what it says it will do- it provides good heat and is good for situations when you need instant heat and don't want to be tied down with a cord. The problem is that EVERY TIME you use it you need to "recharge" it by boiling it. It is large enough that it needs a large pot to fit into and it is not flexible at that point so you can't just force it into just any pot. You have to wrap it in a towel, or put a towel into the pan. Its not a huge deal, but after one use and "recharge" mine has sat in my bathroom closet waiting for the next time that I really need to have the freedom of cordless heat. I'm "saving it" for an occasion that is worth the after care. If what you need is cordless heat (about 30 minutes of really good heat) then this product does what it says. Just be prepared to recharge every time.

Eh...I like being able to adjust the heat level, so I think I'm better off with a corded heating pad. This is good if you need heat that is portable or if the power goes out but isn't thin enough to really wear under clothes. I also didn't think it stayed hot long enough, although it did warm up very quickly

It is really helping my shoulder. I can just put it on without it falling off like those other heat wraps. It gets to all the parts of my shoulder where there is a problem.

I bought this item to use on my back when sore and it does heat up and stay hot for awhile. My biggest issue is when you want to use it again you have to boil it for a long time before it resets so you can heat it up again. It is however ideal for having on hand for an emergency when you need something quick and not needed on a daily basis. If you need something for relief daily I recommend an electric heating pad or a microwave one.

I am not happy at all about this product. I have a bad back and was hoping that this product would help out on the go. It is very hard to get it back to the liquid form; you think that it's in liquid form, this is with out touching it and the liquid form is gone.

Save your money it is not as listed.

Great shape for over the neck, upper back shoulder, where I have had problems. Heats up and stays warm for at least 20 min. or more. Only have to boil it to reuse as directed for about 25 min. Keep pot of water on stove to do it after use every time.

Sound great but what it fails to tell you is that you have to boil it for 30 min to return it to its original state so that you can use it again. If all the crystals do not dissolve it crystalizes and gets brick hard. Useless item and a waste of money. I don't know about you but I have better things to do than boil my heat wrap!

Just click it and it gives instant warm for about an hour. I use it for my mother's neck and back.
