This heat pack works very well. I was searching for one I could heat up without using a microwave since I threw mine out and no loner will use!
The heat pack gets very hot and stays warm just long enough.
Aside from using a plug in or professional system, this heat pad is great!

Just click it and it gives instant warm for about an hour. I use it for my mother's cold feet.

Great product for an instant "hot water bottle" that you can take anywhere. The small metal trigger is surrounded by a plastic ring to help prevent accidental initiation which is an improvement over other versions we have used. They produce a lot of heat and, depending on the size, last from 40 minutes to a couple hours.

Having a heat pack that offers the convenience of instant heat and reusability is perfect for me. I use it in the car on my long drive home from work and then throw it in a pot of boiling water for use again the next day.
I wish it didn't take 25 minutes of boiling to reset and that is why I didn't give 5 stars.

Terrible product, it melted after the first time boiling it. I had plenty of water in the pot and it was only boiling for a few minutes when it started melting to the bottom of the pot.
