Product Description

The HELLA Model HLA-004532161 19-Inch Map Light is the ideal lamp choice for any navigation area. This light can be permanently mounted or connected via a cigarette lighter (12V power port). It includes a snap-on red lens that provides non-dazzling light and easy eye adaptation in dark surroundings. The on/off switch is conveniently mounted in the lamp head, and the light comes equipped with a 12V/6W Xenon bulb (socket BA 9s).

Although mentioned, there is NOT a cigarette lighter adapter with the product, and obtaining one is difficult and expensive. The shorter model that is available does come as a cigarette lighter plug in.

The light is an excellent product. Well made, sturdy and extremely easy to use, however, the incandescent bulb it uses is very difficult to find. It does come with a bulb, but finding a replacement is going to be almost impossible. If the maker or Amazon could specify a source, the light would have received my highest rating.

Great product, works well. I use it in my Suzuki Samurai for off-road rallying and it is great. The light does not shine into the driver's eyes and is very bright for the navigator. It is so good that I purchased another one for my side!
