Help me Please
I have a few questions about making good yogurt.
1. The booklet that came with my machines says 2 different amounts of milk. A. 42 oz. B. 1 quart or l liter. One quart is 32 oz. So which is it?
1. When making flavoring yogurt with fresh fruit, is say to use 3-5 cups of water to cook you drain the fruit? Certainly you don't use the liquid too.
3. Does your starter yogurt/or starter determine the taste of the yogurt? Mine is very, very bitter, tart...way to much
4. Can you use Stevia in the milk after boiling it to make it sweeter, or vanilla?
5. Does useing powdered milk along with regular milk help with flavor and/or thickness.
Thanks for any help...I rea want to use and like my far, not happening.
