Just as good as HP's. No skips, or smears. Two thumbs up!

This company only brings disgrace on Amazon.
My story is similar to most people's. Bought "Genuine cartridge HP 12A" just to find out that it is not genuine as stated on the their listing. Posted picture is also deceiving. Emailed them right away, no response was ever received.
Had to file a complaint with Amazon and get my money back.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!

I pulled out my HP OEM cartridge and put this guy in; prints perfectly. No problems -- I feel like a genius buying this thing.

Shipping is wicked fast from DataBazaar as well.

FYI: you need to pull out two pieces on this cartridge to install it: 1)the piece of paper in the front and 2)the plastic tab on the side.

I bet people who have had problems didn't pull a tab out correctly and ran the printer....

Great price on the toner cartridges. They print as well or better than branded HP cartridges and cost 1/3 of HP. We have four of the hp1020 printers and use 1-2 toner cartridges a week in our office and get about 3000 pages yield.

Like most people, I was leery to purchase an off brand toner for my HP laser printer. I wanted to save a few bucks and decided based on the reviews to go for it. I have to admit I've only printed a few sheets but can already tell the quality is not as good as the HP toner I've always bought. The blacks are definitely lighter as I compare prints to previous prints of the same page with the HP toner. It almost looks like a xerox copy...you can see fading in the black areas of a black bar I printed. I will still keep the toner as most of my prints are for in-house purposes but next time I will most likely go back to HP toner. I'm assuming this toner will not last as long either.

At first I was hesitant to buy a refurb toner cartridge, but the price won me over. I was very surprised to find the toner worked perfect.

I received a cartridge with a bad drum. It printed unwanted lines on nearly every page, and was useless.

I have ordered from this company several times. There is good communication when there is a question. They always ship quickly after the order is placed. I will order from them in the future.

This product arrives in great condition and looks and prints the same as a brand new factory cartridge. I am very happy with this product.

The first prints were ok. Then I had a run of raffle tickets on card stock that was smaller than 8.5 x 11 and with slightly heavy coverage and 375 copies. I was loading about 40 sheets at a time, and everything was ok until near the end, and there was a lack of toner down the middle. Because the stock was pre-numbered I had to run them back through after removing the cartridge and shaking it to redistribute the toner. Not pretty. They do not have good register. Also, after all of that, there is a toner leak of some sort that shows up on the edge of every sheet. I guess it's the same old story: if it seems too good to be true, it probably is.
