3.0 out of 5 stars Half the size of typical mini muffin pan January 17, 2011
Amazon Verified Purchase
As far as use, this pan works nicely. I bought it to freeze homemade baby food. I've frozen pureed squash and breastmilk and also baked cookie cups in it and everything popped out easily. HOWEVER, the description doesn't tell you these cups are half the size of typical mini muffin pans. I thought in comparison, this was a good deal for a pan with a capacity of 24 oz. But, each cup only holds 1T, or 1/2 ounce--total capacity just 12 ounces. I could have gotten the Wilton one with 12-1 ounce cups for half the price. I'm irritated that the description is a bit misleading and at a time when money is tight, and I'm making baby food to save money, I paid double the price I should have.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great for Candy February 1, 2011
Amazon Verified Purchase
I purchased this "muffin pan" to use when making candy. I can pour a chocolate mixture into the pan, let it set up and have nice uniform candies without a lot of trouble. The silicon is non-stick so the candies will pop out with a simple push on the bottom of each "dimple". The pan works extremely well for home made peanut butter cups!

5.0 out of 5 stars Love it! June 14, 2011

Two words come to mind: love it! I had to make sure I oiled the cups well enough to get the muffins to slide out nicely, but this mini-muffin pan has worked great. 100% silicone, too!

4.0 out of 5 stars great but still need to grease it and clean each cup April 27, 2011
Amazon Verified Purchase
This is perfect for making little muffins, "omelet bites," cupcakes, especially for our toddler to eat or for parties. The cups are very small, good size for hors d'oevres. But you still need to use cooking spray or otherwise grease the cups to prevent sticking. If you do, things remove easily. And while the silicone is easier to clean than metal, you still have to scrub out every tiny little cup from the batter residue.

4.0 out of 5 stars Real silicone! November 29, 2011

Unlike many other similar products on the market that claim to be silicone, this one IS real silicone. You can test this by bending the corner of the pan, and if it doesnt leave a white mark, it's silicone! I used this to make jello shots, and the jello didn't taste like plastic or have any residue from the pan. the only problem with this pan that I found was that it isn't sturdy, which of course is because it's a silicone baking pan. This is the only reason I'm giving it 4 stars, but of course the problem can be easily solved by putting a baking sheet under the pan when baking.

The shots came out of the pan easily, as the mold is very flexible. A great buy for bakers and jello shot makers alike!

3.0 out of 5 stars Unconvinced August 22, 2011
Amazon Verified Purchase
I got this muffin pan to make mini cookie cheesecakes. None of the mini muffin cups fit in this mold, and no matter how much soaping and drying I do, I can't get the grease out of the bottom of the cups. It is light though, and easy to store, so I can't complain.

2.0 out of 5 stars Dissapointed May 19, 2012
I loved being able to pop my muffins out of the pan so easily BUT the cups are so small that I couldn't bake the whole batch at one time like I can in a traditional 24-c mini muffin pan and the muffins bake unevenly, with the inside muffins still being half raw when the outside ones are done.
