This book contains tips, tricks, plans and information on making your enemies pay for their abuse. It's filled with plans to cheaply build high tech items like "Sonic disruptors" that will make people you dislike flee your home and never know why they are "uncomfortable" being there. Total waste of money
Published in the early 90's this book may have been helpful some time ago, but so outdated that it will provide not even light entertainment. It talk about going on bulletin boards! Hey bud... There's something new around... its called the internet! Don't waste your money only to be disappointed!

Very Questionable,

This book is written for someone who wants to get back at a co-work for some incident that happening in the work place. It is not a very good resource for other acts of spite.
