This is my favorite cookbook. I was introduced to it by a Siik teacher and healer who stayed at our house when we had a bad case of bronchitis.He went to a nearby health store and bought this book, came back to our house and started cooking for us. Very soon, we felt much better! He left the book with me and I use it often. This time I was hunting for it for a friend who is just interested in the cooking...and I found it on amazon. Nothing more can be said. It is a treasure. filled with information on making yogurt and tofu to tasty dishes of the Himalayas. Its a vital part of the cooking library! |
