These areas are what I really wanted to work on, so I couldn't wait until the 4-week chart got to this one. I love this one the most. This is the most hip hop dancing, with a little bit of stank on it and a whole lot of popping. After this video and the "Total Body Burn," I am an even bigger expert in popping. Some of these moves are things I'd do in a club regardless and never really regarded them as exercise. Tanya was getting it on the "sexy" roll body exercises and, besides Shaun, the African American lady on the left-hand side was putting in enough extra energy to keep me hype. Now the mat part at the end was suicidal. The first time I did it, I wanted that to be over as soon as it started and couldn't wait for the cool down. But after the first time when my legs weren't sore, it was fun to do. I believe this DVD workout will do what it promises, and as he said via message, "make you look cuter in your jeans."

After researching the Hip Hop Abs Company, and finding out that there have been many complaints about people's credit card being overcharged when ordering from the Company's internet site or directly from the infomercial itself, I decided to look for the videos on ebay and amazon. Seeing as I'm a college student and therefore do not have a lot of money to spend, I decided to just purchase the Hips, Buns, and Thighs version. I have only done the workout once, and my thighs already kill. Like Shamontiel said, the last part on the blue mats was horrid, and I wanted it to just end! I can definitely see this video doing something for at least my quads, if not also my buns and hips. I highly recommend purchasing this 25 minute workout video.

If you are going to order the product at all, definitely order it from [...].
I didn't heed others warnings about the underhand and unethical selling techniques the maker (BeachBody Fitness) of this product employ. As I was completing the purchase of the videos from the BeachBody website, they put the purchase through before they even showed the total amount that would be charged.
When I called them to cancel the order, which I placed on a Sunday, after finding out they were charging me why more that described, they told me that even though they had not send the purchase order over to the shipping department they could not stop the order. I also talked with a manager there for about 30 minutes with no luck.
When the package showed up I had to refuse delivery, and it went back to the BeachBody shipping warehouse, but they still charged me $[...] for shipping.
Don't order direct from BeachBody's Website!!!

FUN!
This video does help tone the body nd makes you sweat, but you still have to do your own cardio as well.

It's Serves It's Purpose, I Guess
This dvd isn't as effective as the other dvd's by this artist but it serves it's purpose, at least I guess it does. Didn't really like it so I've only used it 2 or 3 times.

Great quick workout!!
