Not the top of the line by any stretch but an amazing card (especially for the sub $150 range). I'm running it with an AMD Phenom II X4 965 (@ 4.1) and 8GB of DDR2 (@1033) and getting pretty solid performance at 1920x1080 (never sub 30FPS aside from extremely taxing scenes / moments where it may dip to ~25). Don't run a single one of these cards and expect Max/Ultra across the board at 60+ FPS and you wont be disappointed. The only thing that will really kill one of these cards running by itself is jacking up the AA beyond 2x. Overall, I'm pretty impressed and waiting for the second one to get here for Crossfire.
I've thrown a gamut of games at it so far and the only one that really taxed it was Cryostasis... which is pretty unoptimized to begin with. Secret World, BF3, Batman AC, FarCry 3, Skyrim and Sleeping Dogs all run pretty great.

Don't listen to the naysayers of this card. If you're looking for the best mid-range gaming card without breaking the bank, then the HIS radeon hd 7770 is your safe haven. Upgraded from a GTS 250 and noticed a big improvement. Windows Experience Index jumped from a 7.0 to a 7.6. BF3 didn't have even have a stable 30fps with everything on low at 1680x1050. Now, I can run ultra with AA turned off with an average 35 fps constantly.

Granted, this may not be the best solution to run games at 1920x1080 maxed out. But if you don't care about having every little setting maxed out and just want to game, then this is possibly the best card to get right now.

I bought this video card for my computer ridged that I built last year. It was worked around i5 ivy bridge.
If you are looking for under a $800 budget computer built I would suggested going with this video card if not 7850 works just as well or 650. Anyways what I have to say about this video card it does really well on what i expected.

Computer rig built:

i5 3570K unlocked (3.4ghz quad core)
ASUS P8Z77-V LX LGA
Corsair 2 x 4gb 1600 mhz ram card
1tb black wd hdd
Oz 600 watt psu
Hyper 212 plus evo Heat sink
mid tower atx case

Lists of games I tested on max graphics setting and default setting on the video card:

League of Legends 60+ fps
Tomb Raider Constant 45 fps
MW 2 60+ fps
Tera 50~60+ fps
Starcraft II & heart of swarm 60+ fps
Diablo III 60+ fps
Grid and Grid 2 60+ fps
Need for speed the run 50~60 fps
Crysis 2 60+ fps
bf 3 45~60 fps

Pros:
Inexpensive
Runs most modern games
Silent
Doesn't over heat. Video card usually runs 40C~60C while gaming. Idles 30C~40C

cons:
When overclocking, it goes very unstable if not done correctly. (it does provides a icooler that has preset setting that includes overclock)

I bought this 2x back early in 2011 and I'm running them both in crossfire works amazing still. Plays all games (well just about all nowadays) on ultra settings and doesn't skip a beat. I probably wouldn't buy this now for the same price I bought it for but it's definitely a solid card when ran in crossfire. BF3/4, any shooter really, it can handle.

Good mid level video card. It handles most newer games on fairly high settings, and the fan is whisper quiet.

Does what I want. Easy to install.

Con: if you use the enclosed adapter from DVI to VGA do not plan on also using the HDMI port as the adapter partly obscures the HDMI port.

It's very cheap to buy a HD7770 video card like this.
Besides the price, the performance also satisfies me.
Highly recommend.
