For the past six years of full-time, year-round riding, I've have used nothing but HJC helmets. This is my third helmet. I have chosen to stay with HJC because: I have found the HJC line to be consistantly well made no matter which model I have chosen; the fit is perfect for my head and I can feel free to shop on line and get the best price without worrying about the type of helmet being uncomfortable (with all the riding I do, having a helmet that fits comfortably is a must). I have had the pleasure of owning a variety of helmets over the past thirty-plus years of riding and have found HJC to be every bit as good as any other manufacturer I have used - even models costing hundreds more. Buying anything from Motorcycle Superstore is an absolute pleasure and their hassle free return policy is genuine and true-to-form. I have only tried on this helmet and the season is too fair to know how it vents in inclement weather. I do know that every HJC I have had in the past has had durable craftsmanship (liner, visor, and visor mechanism, and all other supporting paraphernalia) that withstands heavy-duty (not abusive), full-time use well beyond the expected life useage of the equipment.

Fits nice and snug (I'm a 24 year old female, 5'8", 150 lbs). Everything worked perfectly upon arrival. Be careful about dropping it though: I dropped it on my garage floor and one of the upper air vent covers popped off. (My fault though; not bad craftsmanship)

I like how quickly my order got to my place. The helmet is great. However for those that are lookin for a tat great comfortable soft extra cushion feeling this helmet is NOT the one. I just bought this because its for a female & she already has a lot of HAIR & she felt great after our 2 hr ride no problems. But again its a great helmet for the price but if you r a guy then u r better off spendin 20-30$ extra and get a nice scorpion helmet as I love mine. Overall a great buy...!!

My theory is that a good branded helmet that is DOT approved are a good buy because whether its a 400$ helmet or 50$ helmet. After a crash, you knw u have to BUY a new helmet.
