I bought this helmet for cold weather riding. So far it meets my expectations. It is fine down to 30 degrees. Wind does come in under the front. The outer visor rarely fogs up. When I am at stop lights for a fair length of time, the inner visor will start to fog up. All in all I am very happy with this helmet.

for a cheap helmet, it works pretty good. But i find myself still putting on sunglasses under the shield. The inside visor is ok, but ive noticed it distorts my view a little bit, and since the bottom edge of the visor is center level with the shield, it gets annoying because it blocks things from my view if im upright. If im down on the tank its view is perfect.
