I researched a lot online before buying this toolbox...decided to try and go with a lesser-known brand because the price was better. Good decision...the organizers on the lid are great (although near impossible to actually remove as stated). The tray inside has lots of slots and stays put without sliding around when placed back on top of the box. The bottom half of the box is very roomy...even stores my Father's old sander with plenty of room left for several hammers, wrenches, screw drivers...you name it. Very happy with this purchase!!

The box appears to be substantial, and the adjustable upper tray dividers give added utility for tool organization. My only regret is that I found a similar box at HD for about $10 (although not in stock, as frequently occurs). I am still happy with the purchase, and free shipping made it more reasonable.

The latches are attached by a small piece of plastic. They kept popping off. Eventually the plastic broke so now it only has one latch.

This toolbox is cheaply made. Its probably ok to sit on your shelf but if you want to be able to open and close it without hassle get something else.

I looked everywhere for the perfect tool box for my everyday household projects. I didn't need anything that was made for contractors or anything, just a nice quality plastic toolbox that would fit everything I needed without being huge. This thing fit the bill perfectly. It's got a shallow insert in the top with removable dividers to make different sizes of compartments, leaving quite a bit of room in the main lower storage area. I can fit a small cordless drill plus hammers, etc into the lower area. The two clear plastic storage containers on the lid can be removed entirely or the lids hinge up while still attached to the toolbox. These are divided into various sized compartments which are perfect for holding nails, screws, picture hanging supplies, etc. The handle is comfortable and the clasps are easy to work and secure. There's also a spot to put a lock if you need one. I highly recommend this tool box!

I like this and will see how it holds up after a few years (being plastic). Only cons is I wish the dividers were removable in the top clear containers and there is an opening on the top tray (under the handle) that several items rolled onto the floor until I noticed it it was open (there is a lip but it's small).

I'm happy.
