This thing is great for the money. I have a number of hand guns in mine. I tell the wife it is six or so. You could fit more if you got a rack to store them vertically. Each shelf has foam padding. I added some cheap LED stick-up lights to help me see in the dark. The lock has a tubular key so it is rather secure. It also has two latching points so a pry bar attack will be hard. I went to the local locksmith to get a few more keys. Yes, 4 bucks each, but not bad! All in all a great deal for secure gun storage.

Fits perfectly on top of long gun cabinet. Multiple mounting options (bolt to cabinet and/or bolt to wall) Easy to install. Makes "wasted space" between long gun cabinet and ceiling useful and secure.

This is a sturdy security cabinet and was what I needed. There are pre-drilled mounting holes on the bottom and the back so it can be secured to a wall, the floor, or another cabinet. It includes the bolts, screws, and washers needed for mounting it. The shelf is metal (other ones I looked at had plastic shelves). Mine arrived with a dent the size of a marble in the top of it. It was only protected by a thin piece of styrofoam. It also had a safety label on the front that was hard to remove without leaving a sticky mess behind. It would be nice if it was a little bigger, but this was the closest thing I could find to what I had in mind. I'm satisfied with the cabinet and the price.

I bought this for my fiance for his birthday along with the 8 gun security cabinet. My item arrived in about 3 days which is incredible considering the size and the free shipping I received from Amazon's Prime membership. It arrived in pristine shape. The box was banged up which is understandable but the product itself had no dents dings etc. It IS NOT A SAFE and I was fully aware of this. Its made more like a locker from high school only a little thicker. I think that for the amount of space and the amount of money that we have to spend on something like this its a good product and really, its better than nothing. We secured it in a closet that I measured before hand and it fits very snugly inside the little closet making it harder to pry into (not impossible, just harder) I am fully aware that if someone wanted to get in ti really badly they most definitely could, but hopefully they dont come prepared with a blowtorch or crowbar. The small box is deep and large. The little upper add on and the 8gun cabinet are about 7- 7.5 feet tall so it holds a good bit of whatever you want to put in it. Its best to consider this a deterrent and also a safety precaution for when kids, or our stupid immature friends come over. I would recommend this to anyone who asked and was working with this price range its a very nice looking and pretty sturdy product.
