The product was inexpensive and arrived on time. The printer is in use and really fills a need in a family that has several computers.

I purchased and received the item within the quoted time frame. After installation, the adapter worked very well. My printer would not power up and it solved my problem. Therefore, I'm very pleased with the adapter.

My purchase arrived much sooner than expected and I was very pleased. However, it was not packaged as one would expect a new product to be. The product was advertised as "new" instead of "used". Nevertheless, it works fine.

I ordered this because my printer was listed as a model number that this adapter would work with. However, after receiving the adapter, it will not work, the plug is different. After contacting the seller, they want to know what kind of laptop I ordered the adapter for. It states it is for a printer right on their Amazon page. My suggestion to you is to buy from a company that knows what they are doing.

I wasted money because the adaptor didn't work. Unfortunately, I tried to contact the seller but didn't respond to my concern. It's not good to deal with, especially problem matters regarding their product.
