The HP 1230 meets all of these requirements and throws in a few convenient additions. Its 33.6 Kbps modem sends and receives faxes at rates of approximately 3 seconds per page. Each black page prints at 300 x 300 dpi; color documents receive 600 x 600 dpi. You can even make convenient copies as you need them--up to 99 from a single original.
With 70 pages of memory, you don't have to fret if you're running low on paper or ink at the end of the work week--anything extra will be caught and held until the consumable is replaced. And if you're in a hurry to leave the office, set it up to send pages unattended; the 20-page document feeder is designed to work without constant hovering on your part.
The 100-number speed dial provides a conveniently accessible phone book, while the 150-sheet paper tray prevents constant refills. HP includes a one-year warranty covering parts and service.

Less than 18 months old. Very lightly used. And it broke. "Mechanical failure" according to the tech guy. Sadly just beyond the year warranty. Not recommended. I've got a busted one to sell if you want....

Same thing here. 18 months and "mechanical failure". Very lightly used. What a piece of junk.
