This product is not a refill. It is in original HP packaging. The price with free shipping can't be beat!

I had an HP 3320 before buying my new HP Photosmart 4480 and the ink for both printers lasted a long time and are of very good quality. The Vivera inks are great quality for photos and time will tell how long the photos actually last.

HP Ink is HP Ink - BUT - Amazon has the best price and excellent delivery service. Thanks Amazon!

Great product; arrived on time and works perfectly. Considering how much ink costs at places like Office Max (plus they rip you off when the "refill" your ink), this combo pack is worth it!

In late November I bought a new HP printer from Amazon.com. At the same time I ordered two HP 74/75 Inkjet Combo Packs and am happy to report I am very pleased with the quality of the cartridges. When I need more cartridges I will order the same ones.

Company promptly shipped the order but only included the cartridges. This became more of an issue because they also sent along an HP manufacturers rebate form, but this form requires the original UPC from the box that was not included.

A little disappointed that the items came in separate packages. Not as listed. Quality is fine, though. Wish they both came as described.

I have never been more disappointed in a product, even after the seller had to replaced my product for the first set was either damaged or never filled. Sad to say, I can no longer print from my printer, possible replacement at this point. Not only did I read and follow the installation verbage, I got my Techno geek son to confirmed my installation procedure. Not sure if there was a leak in the cartridges or what, but my printer head are scared with dry leaked ink to the point that paper tends to get jammed in the machine and will not pull into the feed chamber due to excessive ink build up that I can not even get to for cleaning. I have a $150.00 dollar printer less than a year old that I can no longer print from, that worked perfectly well in print smooth color documents and picture until I purchased this generic stuff. I will never cut cost in the mighty name of a dollar again when it comes to my printer for it cost me more now to replace my printer then it did to pay for the cost of purchasing and shipping these generic products. Don't let the picture fool you like it did me. Turns out these were empty cartridges that some one went out and purchased the $10.00 ink refill and jacked up the price just to make a profit. Guess the last laugh was on me. Good learning lesson, " Every thing that glitters is not always Gold." If there were any mistakes in my spelling imagine the mistakes I made in buying this product & yes I am drasticcally late in stating this, but hey I feel rather I use my printer every day or every other day it should be awake for the call.

My second order -- service has been prompt and products are new. Packaging might not be as expected: instead of combo packs, I received 2 black cartridges, boxed separately, and 2 color cartridges, only in their foil bags. As far as I'm concerned, the less packaging, the better. They are NOT refurbished items, they are new and work well. I'll continue to buy from this company.

The ink cartridges came in record time. They are authentic HP cartridges and work fine. I have not had a bad purchase or delayed delivery with Amazon. I am quite satisfied with the product and the quick delivery through Amazon. Thank you!
