I bought this printer in 2000 and it still works great. It's not very fast, but the print quality is very good.

Bought this printer about 8 years ago and it has been giving me sterling service. I use us mainly for black and white documents -- articles and worksheets for my students. The tricolour cartridge has long dried out but the printer still works fine as long as the cartridge is in place. I have read some reviews stating that this printer will not work if one of the cartridges is empty, but for me this has not been the case. This printer has never failed me, working very well with 3 or 4 different computers that I owned and now own. The paper feed sometimes does not work as it should, taking up more than one sheet especially if the sheets are less than 80 gsm. The cartridges are expensive but I have managed to source on the internet reasonably priced compatibles.

I just ordered the 930c after extensive search over the internet. The mere fact that I once used this in my office convinced me that this is the printer I need for my personal use at home or even in an office setting. I already tested this for printing color photos and completely satisfied. No need for any disc to install. I only used the USB strtaight to my laptop and works instantly. I just don't know what year this was made.

I have had my printer for 10 years and it is still working great. I have printed labels, invitations on card stock, and pictures. It is slow but reliable and good quality.

We bought this printer a few weeks ago at Goodwill. I am so happy we switched from our Epson 777. We are printing on fast and grayscale to save ink and it is still dark enough to print our packing slips and postage. It has not given us any problems.

I've had muy deskjet 930c printer for 10 years or so, just the past week broke at last (I suppose it's was time since it has been working for so long), after all those years working everyday, it didn't need maintenance or anything, the cartridges were expensive but I always managed to get refills from several stores that sell them (or re-filled cartridges) the only problem I've had is that it sometimes picked more than one sheet of paper at once but everything else has been ok, excelent and long-lasting product, one of the best printers I had. It's being repaired right now and I'll keep it hopefully for other 10 years!

The repair center told me that this printer has big cappacity cartridges, comparing to the new models that use very tiny cartridges that have so few ink. That is true, a cartrige would last 6 months in my printer. The good thing is, that if one cartrige rans out, you can always print with the other, if the black one is empty, you can print with the tricolor one or viceversa. The printing quality is super, great, amazing. You can print photos in photo paper with excelent quality and so colorful. Documents in bw print very fast. It's a great product, I didn't expect it to last for so long.
