HP 95 Tri-color Ink Cartridge

This product is essentially a rip off as it does not compare to the other ink cartridges of the same HP number sold for more money. You get what you pay for and in this case there was no HP box (in fact it appeared to be an old and small cartridge that comes with new printers). There was no expiration date but there was a size of only 7 ml listed on the odd shrink wrap packaging. The worst problem though is that I have just printed about twenty 4x6 inch prints and am already receiving low ink warnings from the printer. Amazon needs to be consistent and inform the consumer that this is a small ink cartridge compared to those for more money. I wonder if the sale of this cartridge is even allowed by HP. If you are going to take the time and trouble to order and change cartridges, it should be with a real size cartridge that will not be empty after 25 small prints. This is indeed a rip off both by the seller and by Amazon where descriptions are given and the pertinent facts are left out. Do not waste your time or money on this cartridge.

This cartridge fits well and does what it should. I wish it didn't run out so fast though, it's really a money-sink, and I'm not even a heavy printer. Ah well, it's what works, so I'd still recommend it!

The HP replacement cartridge is great. I think the cartridge is to expensive for the amount of copies you get. I know that is not the Amozon's fault. In fact, Amazon was cheaper the other retail outlets.

The tri color ink cartridge I purchased was defective. It didn't work in my printer. I purchased another at the store same brand & same # HP95 & it did work.

Delivery was prompt. After installing the cartridge I proceeded to print out a full color promotional poster. The first print out was faded and the colors were off. This is a poster I had printed out with original HP cartridges. It took a little tweaking but, after increasing the color saturation and some color calibration; the results were very good. I would have to say that the color vibrancy is not quite up to the original cartridges but after making adjustments the final printout was very close and for the cost savings well worth it! The cartridges are an excellent value for the money and I will continue to purchase them.

failed after 6 months and i only used my printer a few times mostly black printing with this hp 95 color ink.they sell expirred ink cartridges it looks like.i always get three times the printing with store purchase because i use it at home just to print receipts when i pay bills on line..very dissapointed

I'm not sure if I was the only one, but I didn't receive an original HP cartridge. Not that it was necessarily a bad thing. The listing just said original HP. But for the price it's not something to complain about. Fits perfectly, and prints perfectly. Great price for a wonderful item.

The ink cartridge expired in July 2008 (HP calls it "warranty date"), and I purchased it in December 2008!!! How long will it last? It may cost me more money per print if this ink fails or dries out in couple months. More than that, the box indicates that this unit belongs to multi-pack, hence is not for individual sale. The envelope form recycling was not included, so I had to order it from HP separately (maybe the envelope was in the adjasent unit in multipack? who knows...). Hope this info will help you to make an informed decision about buying this item!

HP Ink cartridge for my printer, which is excellent. Installs cleanly, removes clean and is worth saving the cartridge. My empty cartridges go to church for credit.
