Well it arrrived I haven't used it. But People need to know that packing was half witted. Consquently I have a very crushed box with to hp14 cartridges that will probably work. A little bubble wrap would have help protect this product.

I ordered twin black injet cartridges. Instead I received two color cartridges. I was sent a return label. but, the delay was unacceptable. I had to purchase from another source in the meantime.

the product and delivery are great the problem I have with the HP 14 and its color option are that they can't be refilled onces used like the other sizes they have....
