Great communication over a bad situation,

An email from these folks explained a shipping snafu and asked for patience, which I glady gave. It might have been better to have received this communique before having to write them to inquire about the long delivery time. The black cartridge operated perfectly in my HP right off, however the color cartridge was streaky. I used the HP Tool Box cleaning and priming, still to no avail, and had to resort to the old "press the chartridge onto a tissue laced with warm water" procedure, well known to anyone who has ever attempted to refill cartridges on their own. I was trying to avoid having to mess with them in this fashion by purchasing professionally refilled cartridges. This package contained 2 color cartridges, so I'm willing to chalk it up to a rare occurance until such time as I require use of the second color cartridge. I will still consider buying from these folks, they offered a nice discount on any future order to those of us whose orders were delayed.
