I was amazed at the quality. The cartridge produced just as crisp and clear print as more expensive cartridges. I would however always order more than one because the shipping cost more than the price of one cartridge. Live and learn!! I will always use this site in the future for all my accessory needs. I ordered the HP black printer cartridge and have become a fan! Ink at the retail stores are very overpriced. I had read a few negative reviews but thought what have I got to lose??? My black recycled/refilled cartridge is working great. They even sent a recycle bag for me to send in my old one. I am placing an order today to purchase a color one as well. I highly recommend this product.
