HP 56 Black Remanufactured Ink Cartridge

I appreciated the fast shipping of my order, the quick response to my problem and the fast shipping of the replacement cartridge. The company was excellent to deal with.

The first cartridge I received did not produce quality prints. There were lines across the page unless I printed at maximum quality, in which case it used so much ink that my 24# paper curled. I cleaned the cartridge using the printer settings and tried again, after which the printer no longer recognized the cartridge.

The company quickly and courteously responded to my e-mail, sending me a replacement cartridge and a postage-paid return label for the first one.

The second cartridge works fine, although it is not the quality of the original equipment cartridge by HP. For my purposes, it is fine, but do not expect high quality black and white documents.

HP cartridges can be so expensive and they don't seem to last all that long. I tried this product in an effort to reduce the cost. When I installed the cartridge, I printed a few things I was working on and found the printout to look exactly like it would have with a fresh new HP cartridge.
Now, I will have to wait and see if I get about the same life out of the remanufactured cartridge.
At this point, I couldn't be happier with this product.
P.S. The vendor even included an envelope for return of the cartridge if I wasn't happy with it.

It works an I got the ink a lot quicker than I expected. What more would you want for less than half the price??

First, the shipment came sooner than expected which is always a plus. Second and most important, this is the exact same ink that HP sells for less than half the price. It's like you are paying for just the ink refill not the entire cartridge, as it should be! I do a lot of printing (black ink) and though I hate my HP printer, I am very pleased to have found this ink seller who I feel isn't trying to rip me off.

When I put the cartridge in the printer it leaked all over, and being understandably mad I wrote a bad review. The company contacted me the next day via e-mail and has sent me a replacement cartridge free of charge. my apologies for writing a bad review before contacting your company. Thank you for replacing the cartridge free of charge .

Absolutely great ink carts, especially for the price. I have used these for a couple years now and have never had a bad cart. Great price and great product!

I love my printer and think it does an excellent job printing off photos but I very rarely actually use it for that. More often then not I just use it to print off plan text in low quality. These cartridges are more then adequate for that. I have not noticed any issues or decrease in quality over the HP ink. Like I said in the title I have not actually used these with high quality black and white photos so cannot give them any rating for that.

I've been using Amazon for years to buy pretty much everything and this is the first time I've like a product enough to leave feedback.

I can't stand how printer ink is almost the cost of a printer. I love how this ink is incredibly cheap, works just like ink from the manufacturer, and I can't stress enough how much money I've saved by purchasing this product. My wife is in Grad School and I'm finishing up college and every little bit of money saved counts. Needless to say we print a lot and couldn't be happier with this.

I kicked around even giving this item 2 stars when it prints it is OK. However HP has to be wise to these guys because the printer will shut down with an error message almost after every print job sometimes in the middle of it.......... Then you have to fiddle with your printer to get rid of the error message before you can print again. Bummer!

My printer would not recognize this cartridge and there was nothing I could do that would help (reinstallation, rebooting, etc.) I've given up and ordered the HP cartridge. After years of using "recycled" printer cartridges, recently I've experienced technical/mechanical issues and ink quality/color problems with increasing frequency. The frustration and lost time of playing "ink cartridge roulette" leave me sadly resigned to using name brand products even for non-critical applications.
