Printhead solved my problems
Nothing much to say about a print head. The original failed after 3 years and the printer needed a replacement. Ordered one, installed it and we're back to normal printing. Kind of expensive though considering what printers are selling for these days. I see that hp has a trade-in program. Checked to see what the Officejet D135 would get me on...

Didn't work very long
After having trouble with black print quality, I replaced the print-head. It worked for only 4 months, and I'm back to poor quality printouts.

I wsa a little hesitant to buy a new print head with the cost of printers going down, but I still had several ink cartridges left. Again I worried that the message on the printer "Bad Printhead" would not go away when I replaced the head, but lo and behold, it worked fine, and it's just like new.

I received the product a few days after purchase, in excellent condition. It was packaged very well. Upon installing the product in my printer, the product worked excellent. I have purchased from Amazon, a number of times and each time I was very very pleased.
