I too was a little hesitant because it seemed like a great deal... but it's real HP ink (comes at a 96/96 2 pack + a 97). I know where I'll be purchasing my ink from in the future.

Thought this value was too good to be true, but it's legit! Fast delivery, too!

I've been reading the reviews on this offer. I can't imagine people complaining because they received separate cartridges...what difference does it make as long as you get the right cartridges at the price advertised. I guess I'm just not that picky. I will most definitely be ordering this again.

I've purchased the HP combo pack several times from Amazon as it is the best price I can find on printer ink. The ink actually ships from Infinite-Surplus with free shipping and handling and I've never had a problem receiving the item on time. Also, the supplier requests feedback after each order which says a lot about the company. First quality ink at bargin prices.

Though I wouldn't have minded receiving the ink in a different package than what is shown as some people have remarked (it's just office supplies for heaven's sake, not a gift or collectible#, I DID receive this package as depicted from Infinite Surplus #all 3 inks in the same box), plus it even had a bonus 5 sheets of photo paper in it! GREAT bargain for an expensive product.

I was very upset that I paid such a high price for shipping only to have my items arrive in a soft envelope via USPS mail. I will purchase this product in the future, but NOT from the same seller.

I was very happy with the price. The shipping was done very quickly. How ever what I received was a black and color combo with a separate black cartridge. This separate black cartridge is the one I installed first. We have a laser printer which we use for 90 percent of our printing so I am very disappointed that after less than a month the black cartridge is almost gone. It must not have been even 1/2 full, and maybe that is why it came separate. Maybe it was a fluke and I just got a bad one.

The product I received was NOT as represented. I ordered and EXPECTED an HP Combo 3-Pack (one TRI-COLOR and two BLACK cartridges) but instead received one 2-pack of BLACK and one loose, TRI-COLOR with no "Warranty ends:" date.

To be fair, I have not given the supplier the opportunity to correct. Just not worth the trouble.

HP cartridges contain one of the most expensive substances on earth - printer ink. Each one has tiny amounts of ink. It makes me crazy they are so expensive, but I suppose it's the razor vs razor blade model. When the printer is about the same price and this cartridge pack I think it says something about the manufacturer's profit center.

But to review the product - it's works. It tells you it's empty at what seems to be about halfway through the ink. Months before I run out. Sheesh.
